Earth

The “Earth” collection is inspired by the ancient rock formations of Svalbard. With no vegetation to hide them, the mountains reveal unique colours, surfaces, and patterns — from smooth rock to cracks and crevices. Each handmade piece in this line is a tribute to those striking natural textures and the timeless beauty of the landscape.

This is a small selection of the designs, colours, and shapes available.

🩷 There’s something special about keeping butter the traditional way. A French butter dish keeps your butter soft, spreadable, and ready to enjoy at any moment—no more tearing your bread with cold butter straight from the fridge.

🌸 By using a simple water seal, the butter stays fresh while sitting at room temperature. It’s practical, but also adds a calm, rustic touch to your kitchen—one of those small everyday rituals that just feels right.

💕 To use it, let your butter soften at room temperature, then press it firmly into the inner container. Neaten the edges and wipe the outside clean. Add a little salted water to the base, then place the inner container back in—you should feel a slight resistance as it meets the water. That’s what creates the seal and keeps the butter fresh.

🌸 For best results, replace the water every 2–3 days. Stored this way, the butter can keep for up to 4 weeks. Keep your butter dish out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
